Rates and Charges

There are no hidden extras and there is no call out charge. In addition all customers are made aware of our rates at the time they book their job with our office. There is a minimum charge of one hour on all jobs, thereafter work is charged in 30 minute increments.

All rates exclude the cost of materials. Payment must be made in full by cheque, or cash to the engineer or by bank transfer.

Plumbing Services - 8am-6pm (Monday-Friday) - £50.00 plus VAT per hour (1 hour minimum) £25.00 plus VAT per half hour thereafter.
 

Gas - 8am-6pm (Monday-Friday) £50.00 plus VAT per hour (1 hour minimum) £25.00 plus VAT per half hour thereafter

Landlords Gas Safety Certificate - £70 plus VAT for 3 appliances - £10 per appliance thereafter
Boiler Service - £70 plus VAT
Landlords Gas Safety Certificate & Boiler Service - £100 plus VAT.  Must be completed as one job.
